All orders are processed within 5-10 business days, as the postcards do take some time to be carefully crafted.

We utilize reputable delivery services including SDEK, Boxberry, and Russian Post to dispatch the orders. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location within Russia. Please allow 5-20 business days for delivery after processing.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or additional shipping charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

*Regrettably, we can only fulfill delivery requests for customers in Russia now. We appreciate your patience and actively work towards expanding the service locations.

Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will arrange for an exchange or refund.
